With the economic earthquake around the globe, our enterprises have to be smarter, more creative, and innovative. Richard Florida, author of The Rise of the Creative Class, says that the only way for us to survive the world economic reset in a knowledge age is to capitalize on our human capital, put our creativity to work, and stoke our innovative furnace.
